Stop what you are doing and go listen to Joan Shelley’s new album on NPR. It’s positively tremendous, will sound great as you ease into the week and is easily one of the best albums I’ve heard in 2015.

I’ve listened to ‘Ambrosia’ by Field Report somewhere around 200 times, but man, this video still packs a ridiculous punch even though I know what’s coming.
If Ryan Adams doesn’t release this 1989 covers album (and soon), I’m going to be very disappointed. Given his track record with such things I should probably prepare myself.
This Hippo Campus tune is slowly but surely creeping up my list of favorite songs released so far this year.
