Monday Links

On Twitter and Facebook I share links each day to various stuff that I think is great and/or worth people’s time. But not everyone that comes here is on Twitter or Facebook, so I gather up the best of those links each Monday and post them here so everyone can get in on the fun. If you’ve missed any of the past Monday Links (or just want to waste some time), check out the archive here.

Albums you should really be streaming ahead of their release tomorrow: Bear’s Den, Hey Rosetta! and Horse Feathers.

Found this piece on how the ties between consumption of music and personal identity have changed to be absolutely spot-on.

Donovan Woods is really good at music. Here’s a new song from him.

Looking to add to your personal fall soundtrack? Good, cause this mix needs to be part of it.

Nothing to dislike about this Take Away Show with NO CEREMONY///.

Monday feelings for you, courtesy of Damien Rice. Enjoy.

I finally read that NY Times piece. Wow that hit me hard. It describes that democratization of music/ loss of identity divide really well.

is there a way to purchase that hey rosetta album in the US before January?
