Monday Links

On Twitter and Facebook I share links each day to various stuff that I think is great and/or worth people’s time. But not everyone that comes here is on Twitter or Facebook, so I gather up the best of those links each Monday and post them here so everyone can get in on the fun. If you’ve missed any of the past Monday Links (or just want to waste some time), check the archive of posts here.

New albums you should be streaming: Damien Jurado, Sharon Jones And The Dap Kings, Gem Club (holy crap is it good) and Warpaint.

Nathaniel Rateliff playing ‘I’m Trying’ out in the cold. Damn.

This live session Mutual Benefit did for Brooklyn Vegan is some kind of wonderful.

Nick Waterhouse released the first single (‘This Is A Game’) from his forthcoming sophomore album. It’s time to dance, kids.

Steven Hyden bringing the goods once again.

Stunning solo rendition of ‘Cavalier’ here by James Vincent McMorrow.

Pickwick with horns and a megaphone out in public. More of this, please. Enjoy.
