‘Chances’- Le Wrens

I’ve been meaning to get on with my day for the last hour or so, but ‘Chances’ by Le Wrens keeps getting in the way. More specifically, that moment at 1:56 keeps happening, the one when Elizabeth Gundersen’s voice swells with a gritty, soulful power and unleashes itself, rendering me unable to do anything but hit repeat once the final notes of the song fade away. I don’t mind, really- I’ll happily put my life on hold for awhile for a moment like that.

Le Wrens just released their debut EP, Don’t Forget Me– you’d do well to get it in your ears. Enjoy.
